Information We Collect
Simplify Docs AI does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All document processing occurs entirely on your device. No account creation is required. No analytics or usage tracking is employed.
What the App Does With Your Data
- Documents you scan are processed on-device only using ML Kit and Tesseract OCR
- Processed documents are stored in an AES-256 encrypted local database (SQLCipher)
- No document data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party
- No personal identifiers are collected or stored
- No advertising SDKs are integrated
- No analytics frameworks are used
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. When you delete data from the app, it is permanently removed from your device.
Third-Party Services
Simplify Docs AI does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Children's Privacy
Simplify Docs AI does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
